Had a great stay here - got airport bus to plasa cataluna €8 and then taxi to hotel €11 - we arrived on an early flight not expecting room to be ready but it was and was an added bonus - met by Alex who was efficient and charming. The room was dated - wallpaper bubbled and peeling and bed not great - however good shower and nice towels. No tea making facilities in room and hair dryer just about worked. However good location - friendly staff and good place to sleep the night. Holiday slightly spoilt due to being mugged at tge airport. Too early for check in and stopped for a coffee - distracted by individuals and noticed someone in front had the same bag as my husband at the same time he realised his bag was missing - they were very organised and 4 of them - luckily we got the bag back but but could have been a very different outcome - be warned

Have just returned from Barcelona and a 2 night stay at this hotel. Decent - but nothing special? Basic room, comfortable bed, very small TV, adequate bathroom. Excellent location which has to be the main selling point. Literally a block from the Cathedral. Would probably not stay again as hotels are abundant.

The Rudest receptionist ever !

The room was comfortable ,but not very clean, there was a shirt left in the wardrobe floor which shows it wasnt even touched. But the worst part was the receptionist girl. She was the rudest and meanest person I have evet seen. And I am not exagerrating. She wasnt helpful and tried to blame us for her own fault and on top of all this she acted in such a rude way that we will never set foot in that hotel anymore.

A value for money hotel to use as a base. The rooms are clean and have a fridge, kettle tea and coffee. Breakfast was good, a wide selection of hot and cold food that kept us both going till late afternoon. I would stay again and recommend for the price and location

Nothing. No one answered the phone, and no one was onsite. Take your money and GOODBYE! Lots of better places to stay with luxurious accommodations, with professional, hones help. If you book through an agency - no help, pm that end.
